The Traveled Trail to Spirit Weavers

Spirit Weavers is a gathering together of people from all across the world, and with the distances traveled close and far, there are many ways to get yourself to the land here in Southern Oregon, USA.

The trail to the Gathering takes many forms, from carpooling, flying, driving, even biking!  We do our best to facilitate all arriving safely and on time to the Gathering. Shuttle Bus To and From Medford, Oregon Airport

Shuttle passes will become available on January 21st, 2024 to and from the airport for $55.00 each way.

Airports

Medford Airport (MFR) This is the closest airport to fly into. The Gathering will be held just an hour and fifteen minutes from the airport. If you are flying into Medford Airport the code is MFR. Rogue Valley International Airport is small and easy to navigate, we love this tiny airport! It is located at 1000 Terminal Spur Rd, Medford, OR 97504.  Airlines that travel to and from this airport include Alaskan, United, Delta and Allegiant. Car Rental Companies located inside the airport include Alamo, Budget, Enterprise, National & Hertz.  If you have a Costco card, you can book with them and get a great discount.  Many women traveling from out of state fly into LAX or PDX and then get a separate flight into Medford with airlines listed above.

Portland International Airport (PDX) This is Oregon’s largest airport and international hub. There are many airlines and flight options into Portland and a wide array of rental car options. The Gathering is located 286 miles south of the Portland Airport.

Sacramento International Airport (SAC) This is northern California’s closest airport and similar driving distance as Portland Airport. It is 357 miles North to Cedar Bloom Family Farm, the Gathering location. There are also a wide array of airlines and rental car companies to select from.
